📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of learning and development programs.,Support the creation and delivery of training materials and resources.,Coordinate with trainers and facilitators to ensure effective learning experiences.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of learning programs.,Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team.,Assist in the management of learning and development budgets.,Support the organization of learning and development events and workshops.,Assist in the maintenance and update of learning and development records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong understanding of learning theories and principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with learning management systems and software.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
