As our Healthcare Quality Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of healthcare services provided by our clients. You will work closely with healthcare professionals, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure that all services meet or exceed industry standards. Your daily tasks will include conducting audits, analyzing data, and implementing corrective actions to address any identified issues.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and evaluate the quality of healthcare services provided by our clients.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain quality improvement plans and protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure continuous quality improvement.
• Provide training and support to staff on quality management best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in healthcare quality management.
• Report on quality metrics and performance to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare quality management, preferably in a regulatory or compliance role.
• Certification in healthcare quality management, such as Certified in Healthcare Quality (CHQ) or Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality and Risk Management (CPHQRM), is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, including Joint Commission International (JCI), ISO 9001, and other relevant certifications.
• Proficiency in using quality management software, such as QI Macra, Lean Sigma, or similar tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
