HR & Finance Manager - SkyWorld Development

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR & Finance Manager to join our team in Canggu. As our HR & Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and financial operations. You will work closely with our management team to ensure that our employees are well-supported and that our financial operations are running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about both HR and finance and wants to make a significant impact in a growing organization.

In this role, you will be using industry-standard tools such as SAP, QuickBooks, and HRIS systems to manage our financial and HR operations. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, as well as managing our employee benefits and compensation programs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
• Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.
• Manage employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with our company's goals.
• Work closely with the management team to ensure that our employees are well-supported and that our financial operations are running smoothly.
• Use industry-standard tools such as SAP, QuickBooks, and HRIS systems to manage our financial and HR operations.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees to help them grow and develop.
• Ensure that all HR and financial operations are in compliance with local and international regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and finance, with a strong background in both areas.
• Proven experience in managing HR and financial operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of local and international labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using HRIS and financial software such as SAP, QuickBooks, and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
