Toko Fitri Computer is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for helping employees reach their full potential.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees.,Administer employee benefits and compensation packages.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analysis.,Support the management team in strategic HR planning.,Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
