Agung Eko Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both in our office and at various event locations. As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for organizing and executing banquets, ensuring that all events run smoothly and meet the highest standards of quality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquets, including coordinating with vendors and event planners.,Ensure the smooth execution of events by managing logistics, timelines, and guest lists.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.,Decorate and set up banquet venues according to the event theme and client requirements.,Work closely with the kitchen and catering team to ensure that food and beverages are prepared and served according to the event menu.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote and advertise banquet events.,Maintain and update event records and documentation.,Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for all guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or event management industry.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
