📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process from start to finish, ensuring that products are manufactured according to quality standards.,Monitor production schedules and deadlines, and coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.,Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and comply with company policies and procedures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production activities, including inventory levels, production schedules, and quality control reports.,Identify and address production issues, such as equipment malfunctions or quality control problems, in a timely and effective manner.,Work closely with other departments, such as purchasing, sales, and quality control, to ensure that production needs are met and that products are manufactured efficiently and effectively.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in production management.,Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.,Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and other departments.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify and address production issues in a timely and effective manner.,Familiarity with quality control and quality assurance processes and procedures.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
