📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the bar, including inventory management and staff scheduling.,Train and mentor junior bartenders to ensure consistent quality of service.,Create and maintain a well-stocked bar with a diverse selection of beverages.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Monitor sales and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Promote a positive and professional work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a bartender or bar manager.,Proven ability to manage and lead a team.,Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Valid ID and clean driving record (for company vehicle use).,Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
