🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction or manufacturing industry.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.,Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.,Experience with project management software and tools.,Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.,Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.,Valid driver's license and ability to operate heavy machinery.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
