📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all procurement activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and maintain procurement strategies to minimize costs and maximize supplier relationships.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and conditions.,Monitor supplier performance and quality to ensure adherence to company standards.,Lead and mentor procurement team members, providing guidance and support.,Analyze procurement data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth procurement processes and timely delivery of materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a proven track record in managing procurement processes.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
