📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Develop and implement menu plans that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients to minimize waste.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth food service operations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and ensuring high-quality food preparation.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with kitchen management software and tools.,Ability to work remotely and maintain effective communication with the team.
