📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction.,Monitor and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.,Train and supervise junior tellers to maintain high service standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.,Assist in the opening and closing of the bank's operations.,Stay updated with the latest banking technologies and trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Teller in a banking or financial institution.,Strong knowledge of banking regulations and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.,Proficiency in using banking software and systems.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
