📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing the team and ensuring smooth operations.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that arise.,Train and mentor new team members to ensure they meet our high standards.,Monitor performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace.,Assist in scheduling and coordinating team activities.,Handle administrative tasks and ensure all documents are up to date.,Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic office software and tools.,Proven ability to train and mentor others.,Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus but not required.,Must be able to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.,Must be willing to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
