📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals for patients and staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Assist in managing food inventory and ordering supplies.
• Prepare and serve meals in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of food service policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Assistant Cook or similar role in a healthcare facility or culinary setting.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and equipment.
