📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of engineering projects.,Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.,Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.,Troubleshoot and resolve engineering issues on-site.,Conduct training and mentoring for junior engineers and staff.,Participate in project meetings and provide technical input.,Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.,Familiarity with project management software and tools.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
