📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends and opportunities in the Indonesian healthcare sector.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
• Analyze data to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align data strategies with business objectives.
• Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
• Utilize SQL to query and manipulate large datasets, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics.
• Support the implementation of data-driven initiatives to enhance our market position and customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or a related role, with a strong background in data analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with healthcare industry trends and dynamics in Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
