📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage departmental operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.,Coordinate and supervise departmental staff, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Monitor and analyze departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance departmental efficiency and productivity.,Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Represent the department at meetings and conferences, both internally and externally.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new knowledge into departmental operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics or cargo handling industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and processes.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with logistics software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
