📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head nurse in managing the nursing team and ensuring smooth operations.,Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.,Document patient records accurately and maintain patient confidentiality.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.,Maintain a clean and organized nursing station and adhere to infection control protocols.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.,Valid nursing license and certification.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Proficiency in English and local language (Indonesian).
