Deputy Sales Assistant

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers
• Promote the products and services of Hokian Vera Fried Chicken
• Manage the point of sale (POS) system and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of sales reports
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure that all customers are satisfied with their experience
• Assist in the organization and execution of sales promotions and events
• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the workplace

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a sales or customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with POS systems and sales software
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluency in Indonesian language
