PT Maritim Prima Nusantara is seeking a dedicated Field Collection Specialist to join our team in Maros, Sulawesi Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting payments and managing customer accounts to ensure timely and accurate collections. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Collect payments from customers and clients through various methods including cash, cheque, or electronic transfers.,Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of payments and outstanding balances.,Visit customer sites to collect payments and resolve any issues related to collections.,Follow up on overdue payments and work with customers to establish repayment plans.,Prepare and submit regular reports on collections and customer accounts to the management team.,Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth and efficient collection processes.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.,Adhere to company policies and procedures related to collections and customer accounts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in field collections or a related role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and clients.,Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.,Knowledge of local regulations and laws related to collections and customer accounts.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field visits.
