📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.,Coordinate with drivers and dispatchers to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of drivers.,Investigate and resolve any issues related to vehicle operations and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
