HSE Officer (Fire Safety) - Manufacturing Environment

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement fire safety protocols and emergency response plans.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with national and international safety standards.
• Provide training and education to employees on fire prevention, emergency procedures, and safety equipment usage.
• Monitor and maintain fire safety equipment, including fire extinguishers, alarms, and sprinkler systems.
• Investigate and document fire incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential fire hazards in the workplace.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace safety and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), Fire Safety Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fire safety management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Certification in Fire Safety Management (e.g., NFPA, ISO 45001) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of national and international fire safety regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for safety management and documentation (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Office).
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for emergency response and training purposes.
