Asia Snack is looking for a dynamic and experienced Section Head to join our team in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Raya. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage a team of employees, ensuring high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to improve section efficiency and effectiveness.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve company goals.,Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and development opportunities.,Manage budgets and resources, ensuring financial targets are met.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Lead and participate in training and development programs for team members.,Represent the company at internal and external meetings and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in section management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills with a proven track record of success.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and HR management tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
