In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our key client relationships, ensuring their needs are met, and driving revenue growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive revenue growth by identifying and implementing sales strategies for key accounts.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to key clients.,Monitor client performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement client-specific strategies.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with key clients.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the retail or e-commerce industry.,Strong understanding of client relationship management and sales strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
