📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pastry department, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.,Develop and implement new pastry recipes and menu items to keep up with customer preferences and market trends.,Train and mentor junior pastry chefs to maintain high standards of performance and product quality.,Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking of ingredients to prevent shortages and maintain cost efficiency.,Collaborate with the kitchen manager and other culinary staff to ensure smooth operation and high-quality food service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling practices, and quality control procedures.,Participate in cost control measures to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a pastry chef in a professional kitchen environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing a pastry department.,Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and food safety regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage a team effectively.,Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software is a plus.,Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays as required.
