In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging and effective learning experiences that drive employee development and organizational success. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs that align with organizational goals and employee development needs,Create engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and presentations,Conduct needs assessments and analyze learning outcomes to continuously improve training programs,Collaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to ensure training content is accurate and relevant,Facilitate training sessions and provide ongoing support to learners,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles,Experience with e-learning platforms and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate),Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
