Global Zone Lestari is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with the flexibility to work remotely from Sleman, DI Yogyakarta. We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional who can help us achieve our training goals and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.,Deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring high engagement and participation.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future initiatives.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand training needs and develop appropriate solutions.,Maintain and update training materials, including manuals, guides, and other resources.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of trainers and facilitators as needed.,Monitor and report on training program outcomes and ROI.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
