📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Accredit and manage real estate agents, ensuring they meet all industry standards and regulations.,Coordinate with sales teams to drive sales growth and achieve targets.,Develop and implement accreditation programs to ensure high standards of service and professionalism.,Monitor and report on accreditation statuses, sales performance, and compliance with industry regulations.,Provide training and support to accredited agents to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with marketing teams to promote accreditation programs and attract new agents.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accreditation processes and agent activities.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales coordination or a related field, preferably in the real estate industry.,Proven track record of managing and accrediting real estate agents.,Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
