📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Identify and develop sales leads through market research and outreach efforts.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events to promote the company and its products/services.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, and provide regular updates to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
