Duta Gita Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our organization, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and local regulations.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Provide financial analysis and advice to support business decisions.,Ensure compliance with all accounting and financial regulations.,Train and mentor junior accountants and staff.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a medical or healthcare environment.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and local regulations.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of success in similar roles.
