📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Provide strategic financial advice to the management team, including investment opportunities and risk management strategies.,Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Manage the company's cash flow, including monitoring accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring timely payment of invoices.,Conduct financial analysis and provide regular financial reports to the management team and board of directors.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.,Build and maintain strong relationships with external auditors, accountants, and other financial professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, including GAAP and IFRS.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.,Proficiency in financial software, including Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and SAP.,Certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA are a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
