📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Manage store budget and expenses to ensure profitability.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.,Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Experience with inventory management and budgeting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of POS systems and retail software is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and customer preferences.
