📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and other products and services.,Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices.,Review and edit technical documents for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Assist in the creation of user manuals, quick start guides, and other end-user documentation.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.,Contribute to the continuous improvement of our documentation processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the software or hardware industry.,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.,Proficiency in technical documentation tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, is a plus.
