📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in planning and coordinating events, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site supervision.
• Manage event budgets and ensure all expenses are within allocated funds.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of event venues, ensuring everything is in place for a smooth event.
• Provide excellent customer service to event attendees and clients.
• Assist in the creation of event marketing materials and promotional content.
• Support the events team in maintaining accurate records of event details and participant information.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of event strategies and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with event planning software such as Eventbrite or Cvent is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move event equipment as needed.
• Passionate about events and eager to learn and grow in the industry.
