📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates for various positions within the company.
• Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
• Prepare and send out offer letters, conduct onboarding, and assist with the paperwork and formalities required for new hires.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records and assisting with payroll-related tasks.
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment or HR role, preferably in the consumer goods or trading industry.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and colleagues.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Greenhouse, or Bullhorn.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
