📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide specialized care to cancer patients, including administering chemotherapy and managing treatment side effects.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the medical team.
• Educate patients and their families about their cancer diagnosis, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety by maintaining a clean and organized treatment environment.
• Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately in the electronic health record system.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuous professional development activities.
• Promote a supportive and compassionate environment for both patients and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in oncology nursing.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and their families.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
