📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist doctors and nurses with patient check-ins, triage, and follow-up appointments.
• Manage and update patient medical records using our in-house system.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, billing, and insurance processing.
• Support clinic operations by maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.
• Assist with inventory management and procurement.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to all clinic policies and procedures, including HIPAA compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare or administrative role, preferably in a clinic setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with basic medical terminology and concepts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
