As a Machine Maintenance Assistant, you'll be part of a dynamic team in Denpasar, working closely with experienced technicians to keep our sewing machines, cutting machines, and other industrial equipment in top condition. You'll be responsible for routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and implementing improvements to keep our production lines running at peak performance.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform routine maintenance on sewing machines, cutting machines, and other industrial equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues
- Monitor machine performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to implement upgrades and enhancements
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Document maintenance activities and machine conditions
- Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in machine maintenance, preferably in the garment industry
- Familiarity with sewing machines, cutting machines, and other industrial equipment
- Certification in industrial maintenance or a related field is a plus
- Knowledge of basic electrical and mechanical systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel within Bali as needed
